Food & Beverages

Azure: Savour the finest indigenous and international cuisine on offer in the extremely popular Azure Restaurant. Roberto de Carvalho, the Head Chef, is on hand to create a variety of exquisite dishes including meat, seafood and vegetarian options. From the spicy entree of the Cape Malay pickled fish or the delicate fresh oysters followed by a butternut, baby marrow and morogo lasagne or the grilled kingklip served with sautéed brown rice and chives with a roasted fennel sauce, your taste buds will be infused by the finest of organic ingredients. Azure is the first to introduce Fynbos cooking - utilising this natural wild vegetation from the gardens rounded off with a delightfully sweet dessert of fynbos honey bavarois or Bea's baked cheesecake taken on the stunning terrace overlooking the ocean and magnificent sunset you will truly experience the magic of Azure!

24 hour Cafe: The al fresco styled eatery offers a casual and relaxed dining experience and enjoys fabulous sweeping views of the mountain range framed by the natural beauty of the indigenous flora.

Its flexible menu and 24 hour access means you can enjoy a California styled menu at any hour, including a breakfast if you are still functioning in a different time zone. Enjoy anything from tasty salads and sandwiches to the most honest hamburger in Cape Town or piece of grilled fish caught fresh on the day. During summer an extensive ice cream menu  and fresh fruits is offered and in winter an equally appealing fondue selection, perhaps followed by a game of croquet on the lawns with some sparkling champagne.

The Leopard Room Bar & Lounge: The perfect place to relax with friends, family and colleagues whilst enjoying live entertainment every night. Proven to be an extremely popular place to be for the locals as well as guests the hotel offers a fully stocked bar featuring some 72 varieties of Martini and a selection of the latest trendy flavoured vodkas. A fine selection of cognacs and as many as 75 ports are available, as is a wide selection of cocktails including a "Cosmo" or the tempting Elfirpolitan mixing vodka, peach schnapps and  elfir. The professional bar tenders are on hand to take your order and will even create a cocktail using your favourite ingredients!

The Leopard Room is also a great spot to enjoy ""Tea by the Sea"", a delicious afternoon tea with all the trimmings including chocolate brownies, cream scones, finger sandwiches and a selection of the best teas and coffee make something of an institution with the locals.
