Aleenta Resort in Phang Nga is the sister property to the Aleenta Pranburi, which is said to be Thailand's first boutique hotel.



History

Aleenta was born as a family beach home.

It started with a family who owned a piece of land in Pranburi, Thailand and on that land was a simple beach house – now the Frangipani wing. While the design was simple, the times spent there were rich with memories of long lazy afternoons in a hammock. Seafood barbeques on the front verandah overlooking languid sea and friends and family coming together for endless sun filled days, slowly turning into starlit nights.

In 2003, Aleenta Pranburi opened, inspired by a vision to offer a tranquil, intimate private haven.

Location

Aleenta is located on the west coast on the Andaman Sea, just 15 minutes north of Phuket International Airport on the pristine and private Natai beach in Phangnga.

Chef's Table In a world where everything needs to be faster, bigger and newer and time seems to fly more than ever, the "gift of life" sometimes becomes less important. Food and Wine is passion! Its family and friends! It's warmth of heart and generosity of spirit!

Located on the top level of the Resort, "Chef's Table" offers 8 tables (5 inside, 3 outside) with a daily changing menu based on fresh produce from the local market and inspired by new techniques passed on by visiting Michelin Star Restaurant Chef's. The Executive Chef Jean Louis creates a daily 5 – 7 course dinner for you, your friends and family and invites our guests to start the evening with a glass of Champagne.

"Chef's Table" is a place where time becomes less important and the good things in life are relevant. Your choice of sitting outside on our patio, overlooking the beach of Narasuan, watching the lights from the fishing boats out on the Indian Ocean/Andaman Sea and listening to the sound of the waves or enjoying a dining experience in our gallery, surrounded by paintings from Asian artists.
