The Westminster Hôtel offers five classically designed function rooms decorated in Napoleon III style for private business meals, meetings, banquets and cocktail receptions for up to 100 people. All the function rooms are perfectly equipped with an array of facilities and capabilities to enhance any event.
The total meeting floor space is 190 square metres, with five fully equipped rooms of varying dimensions to suit all get-togethers, whether it be a business meeting or a social event, from private luncheons to dinner receptions. In addition, there are several spacious suites, which can be set up for business meetings or social events.
The largest function rooms are ideally located on the ground floor of the Westminster Hôtel, separate from the guest room floors. This space is classically designed with traditional Parisian elegance. A large mirror or majestic columns along with 4.5-metre ceilings embellish the Récamier and Capucines meeting rooms. The other rooms, featuring natural daylight, are located on the 1st floor of the hotel, with easy lift and stair access from the hotel's Lobby.
These function rooms are beautifully decorated with rich panelling, moulded ceilings, marble-topped fireplaces and feature large, double-glazed windows, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable setting.
For business events, technological resources include high-speed Internet access, direct dial telephone and fax lines, dataport computer hook-ups, as well as state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and individually controlled air conditioning and heating systems.
