Few venues can lay claim to having forged the image of a privileged conference and holiday destination. And when that destination is Rhodes, there is only one venue experienced enough to attend to your every need, there is only one place to conduct your meeting, there is only one name that comes to mind: Rodos Palace International Convention Center. With more than 1500 conferences, incentives and exhibitions held in its premises, the Rodos Palace has braced an international reputation as a top meeting venue, that lends its legacy of success to grant you the assurance that the hotel you select is capable of handling every aspect of your meeting with the confiderence borne of almost 30 years of experience. The hotel hosted so many events for world leaders, politicians, scientists, artists and multinational companies that it is second nature to us now.

Jupiter Ballorroom

Unique in architectural design and boasting sumptuous interiors,Jupiter is the largest hall of the Convention Center, reaching a capaciy of 1,300 delegates in theater style. Elegant Murano crystal chandeliers crown this versatile, colunm-free space of 850m² surface and 8m.ceiling height, finished with fine caroeting and acoustically designed wall treatments. Featuring a full-size professional stage with complete behind the stage infrastructure, the hall can be ingeniously adapted to host conferences, banquets, gala dinners, stage performances, balls, concerts, or even to serve as a playhouse, excelling in all functions. Jupiter is equipped with state of the art audiovisual devices including a Brahler, infrared, simultaneous interpretation system for 8 languages and offers a large-prefunction area with its own bar to welcome guests and delegates and a direct street access foe vehicles and loading.

Salon des Roses

The second largest meeting room ,520 m2, with a capacity of 650 delegates. It can be divided in two separate units and is fully equipped with an infrared simultaneous interpretation system for up to 7 languages and state of the art audio visual devices. The partition walls are custom-designed to the highest specifications for complete heat, sound and light insulation so that there is no inconvenience or intrusion from the adjacent room. Salon des Roses is ideal as a ballroom since its pleasing decor incorporates elaborate rose motifs, Murano glass chandeliers and ingeniously concealed incidental lighting to create special moods or effects.

Delphi amphitheatre

A flexible multi-use three-level amphitheatrical hall ,450 m2, with a capacity of 600 delegates. It has a permanent stage and alternatively can be converted into a ballroom, or used for theatrical performances, concerts or dinner dances. It is equipped with an infrared simultaneous interpretation system for three languages, stage lighting and audiovisual devices. Additional features include huge picture windows for natural lighting and its own private entrance.

Nafsica hall

Nafsika Hall ,220 m2, has a capacity of 320 delegates and can be divided into 2 separate rooms, each with full audio-visual equipment. It is ideal for smaller functions such as board meetings, top-level gatherings or small exhibitions.

Nefeli Hall

The Nefeli Hall ,165m2, has a capacity of 220 delegates and can be subdivided in two smaller rooms. It can be used for board meetings, seminars or small exhibitions.

Athena Hall

Situated on the 1st floor of the Convention Center, just above the Jupiter Ballroom, the Athena Hall ,350 m2, can function as a secondary congress hall with a maximum capacity of 350 delegates, or as an auxiliary exhibition area either independently, or in conjunction with the Jupiter Ballroom. Adjacent are 3 break-out rooms that can be used for secretarial purposes.

Executive Meeting rooms

A magnificent circular stairway leads to 5 Executive Meeting Rooms ,60m2, namely the A, B, C, D and E, with capacities of up to 60 delegates each. They are ideal for small meetings or as syndicate rooms. On the same level, there is an additional room for secretarial support. In addition up to 200 Suites and Executive rooms can be transformed to small breakout and syndicate rooms.

Apollo room

Located in the Hotel Tower area the Apollo Room ,250m2, has a capacity of 320 delegates. It is a multi-purpose room with a permanent projection screen, that can be ideally used as a meeting room, exhibition and pre-registration area or even as a hospitality desk for large conventions.

Lobbies & Exhibition areas

The Entrance Foyer and the Atrium Lobby serve as a link between the Center, the Hotel Tower and the Executive V.I.P. Wing. With a total combined area of 1,400 m2 they are ideal for Cocktail Receptions, or as Exhibition areas with a combined capacity of 3000+ persons. Both areas feature truck vehicular access, full catering facilities, storage rooms the most up-to-date AV technical support and are also suitable for the less mobile with ramps and toilets for people with special needs. Organizers have at their disposal a dedicated Business Center area, two Hospitality Desks, a soundproofed VIP Lounge and breakout rooms.
