The conference and meeting centre located on the mezzanine floor offers flexibility in capacity and configuration. Five multi-purpose meeting rooms and dedicated executive boardroom are designed incorporating Thai design and style with modern ambience to fulfill the requirements of both the meeting organizers and delegates in total comfort.

The dynamic work environment on the circular mezzanine floor allows delegates to conduct business, meet with clients or simply congregate with colleagues. Five plasma screens show the latest world news and three standing PC terminals allow delegates to use the internet. The meeting rooms are architecturally designed to make meetings faultless with easy to use and latest technology complemented by ergonomic designed meeting tables and chairs.

 Al Wasl Ballroom is complemented by the foyer area and cutting edge technology provides an ideal location for conferences or social gala gatherings. Aesthetically pleasing and elegant, the ballroom will guarantee a successful event every time, with the team of professionals tailoring the menu design and details to guest requirements. It has the advantage of being divisible into three independent function rooms; Al Wasl Ballroom A, B & C.

Meeting Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 are strategically located and designed logistically to support full meetings and seminars of all requirements. Built-up space ranges from 55 to 110 square meters with Meeting Rooms 2 & 3 capable of combining into one.

Private and exclusive, the Executive Boardroom located on the mezzanine floor offers flexibility in capacity and configuration. A dedicated executive boardroom with private pre-reception room is designed incorporating Thai design and style with modern ambience to fulfill the requirements of both the meeting organizers and delegates in total comfort.
