The Traders Hotel, Dubai has a variety of meeting and conference facilities to suit any event. Meeting organisers can choose from an elegant Ballroom, or the modern outfitted Business Centre Meeting rooms. The Samail Ballroom with a total seating capacity of 220 (theatre style) can be divided into two separate rooms, Samail 1 and Samail 2.

Featuring contemporary styled chandeliers, the pillar-less Ballroom provides sophisticated banquet, convention and conference facilities and has a dedicated pre-function area.

Meeting Rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings. The two individual rooms feature the latest in technology, including complimentary broadband and wireless Internet access. A Boardroom seating six is part of the Business Centre. An additional Boardroom seating 12 is part of the Traders Club on Level 5.

All of the conference and function rooms feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including the following:

•   Slide projector, overhead projector, LCD projector and visualizer projector
