The Eternal Oasis bungalow-suites and maisonettes is a newly-created neighbourhood surrounded by a Natural Park.

Bathed in blue and green reflexions from the sunlight, this green neighbourhood is composed of bungalow-suites and maisonettes ranging from 60 sq. m to 90 sq. m.

The hotel offers guests the Eternal Oasis Kids Playground as well as the possibility to interconnect Eternal Oasis Bungalow-Suites upon request.

An oasis where the sun wraps each day in brilliant white and the moon charms every starry night, offering two lagoon pools and a pool snack bar.

The 5-star deluxe resort hotel complex has been awarded with the 2008 Star Diamond Award and is ideally, centrally situated on the island of Crete, providing easy and quick access to all Ancient Sites for excursions.

The property is outstretched over this unique peninsula resembling a Cretan Village and is surrounded by a Botanical Park of 167.000 sq. m. / 1.796.920 sq. ft. with beautiful Aegean views, extensive gardens, green pathways, ponds, cascades, a small river, 3 beaches and a private zoo.

The property features 3 private greenhouses and large cultivations where organically-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers are produced and used in all restaurants and bars.

Thanks to the environmental protection plan, private zoo, beautiful park and production of various goods, the resort hotel complex has been awarded with the Worldwide Hospitality Award 2002 for “Best Innovation in Terms of Environmental Protection”.

The Eternal Oasis neighbourhood is located on the west section of the self-contained peninsula, next to the Capsis Minoan Amusement Park and the private Cladissos Bay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Terms for Resort Hotel:

If a booking has been cancelled 30 days before arrival no cancellation fees are charged except the ones about administration fees and the credit card expenses.
If a booking has been cancelled 22-29 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged
If a booking has been cancelled 17-21 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged
If a booking has been cancelled 16 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

For confirmed bookings till 30/04/12 based on the early booking offer 's temrs, the 50% is non-refundable but can be used towards future reservations within Summer Season 2012.
