FAQ: Hotel Policy

1. What happens if my hotel is fully booked when I arrive?

If this situation occurs (and it is uncommon as we pre-book and pre-pay accommodation for all our clients), the hotel endeavours to find a comparable room in a nearby hotel at no additional charge, usually provides the taxi fare to the hotel and, if necessary, a complimentary long distance call to notify your family/office of the change

2. What if I don't like the hotel room I have been allocated? Can I change it?

If you encounter any problem with the room you have been assigned you should request to speak with the hotel manager to try and resolve it. Subject to availability they will usually offer you another room of the same category, particularly if the problem is the result of some technical or maintenance issue.

 If you simply “don’t like” the room you can request an upgrade, however you will be expected to pay the price difference to the hotel directly.

If you feel that the accommodation or service being provided is not up to a standard appropriate to the class rating of the hotel please notify our office immediately and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. Our success depends on your satisfaction.

Please Note: if you choose to leave your hotel you will not be eligible for any refund. Speak with the manager; it is their job to make sure all guests are comfortable and well looked after.
