  • By air: The Nimes and Montpellier Airports are located about 30 minutes away. Marseille airport: 40 minutes away.
  • By train: The nearest train station, Nîmes is located 35 minutes from the Hotel.
  • By car: Follow the Route D.38 from Montpellier and Aigues-Mortes and the Route D570 from Arles.

The chef of the Mas de la Fouque Hotel will introduce you to the pure enjoyment of his light, creative cuisine with South of France special touch.

At lunchtime, beneath the Balinese gazebo or under the pine trees opposite the Lagoons, you can enjoy the special anchovy sauce preparations, the fresh fish purchased at the port in the morning or the cuts of tender meat grilled over a wood fire.

For dinner, in the Restaurant or on the Veranda next to the Swimming Pool, creative and original cuisine is offered using organic vegetables and fresh produce from the market.
