Payment Policy

1st deposit The payment of a first deposit representing 35% of the total booking (minimum one night) is to be paid at the time of the booking in due time.
The first payment is definitely kept by the hotel.
2nd deposit only for reservations of 5 rooms or more The payment of a second deposit representing 30% of the total booking is to be paid 90 days before the arrival. Balance / Final payment The balance / final payment of the total stay has to be paid 60 days before the arrival for a reservation over or equal to 5 rooms and 30 days before the arrival for a reservation of less than 5 Rooms


Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (TOTAL OR PARTIAL)
For a reservation of less than 5 rooms
- from the date of reservation to 31 days before the arrival: 35 %
- from 31 days to the arrival: 100 % This booking and cancellation policy is sent upon written confirmation of the reservation.

However, if we are able to totally or partially resell the cancelled or amended booking, the amounts charged would be kept in credit of the client who has cancelled and postponed to a future stay.
Please note that in case of a no-show or of a delayed arrival and without the customers’ information in due time, the stay will automatically be cancelled, within 24h.
