Villa Kerasi is an individualistic, architect designed; boutique hotel set in its own grounds of one acre and located between the lovely villages of Vamos and Gavolahori in western Crete.We have made our home here in the beautiful and tranquil region of Apokoronas and when you have visited us you will understand why.
Location
Explore the local villages of Vamos and Gavolahori on foot or using the bikes provided. The village of Vamos is only 1 ½ km from the villa and offers the traditional Greek mountain village experience. Over the past 20 years, the village has been transformed by enthusiastic locals, who formed a co-operative to promote the region and share their love of the village by offering an alternative to the busy tourist resorts. They have renovated much of the historical old village, opened cafes, tavernas and actively promote a thriving art and cultural hub.

Each room is colour themed and unique in style but all share generous proportions of nearly 30 sqm and are beautifully appointed. Enjoy a glass of wine on your huge private balcony with their stunning views of the sea and mountains.

Driving directions
Villa Kerasi is located in the middle of the Apokoronas area about a 40 minutes drive from both beautiful Venetian towns of Chania and Rethymnon and ideally located for exploring both the coastal resorts and the mountain villages.
We can recommend local vehicle hire companies with whom we have arranged special rates for you to pick your vehicle up from the airport or we can make all those arrangements for you.However we also offer airport transfers and a local taxi service, especially for those who want to make the most of the tremendous walks or just chill by the pool.
