Payment Policy
The Villa is available for monthly rentals only. A deposit of 30% is required to hold the villa and the balance is payable at least 15 days before the 1st of the month.
If you book the villa for all 4 months then June is free of charge!
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the deposit in non-refundable. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before arrival date then another 50% of the balance will be charged.
