No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 16 days before confirmed arrival date on low ( 01/05-30/06 and 01/10-31/10 ) and middle ( 01/07-31/07 and 01/09-30/09) season and 23 days during high ( 01/08-31/08 ) season.
Any cancellation made within 16 days during low and middle season or 23 days during high season, before arrival date results to 50% charge of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
