The Luxury two bedroom apartment situated on 2nd floor of the Zigouris House. It consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with queen size bed and the other bedroom with two twin beds. It features two bathrooms ( 1 with hydro-massage bath tub & the other bathroom with shower).

There is an enormous fully equiped kitchen with all comforts, ( 4 ceramic electric rings, large oven, a two meter high inox fridge & freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Kettle, Coffee maker, Inox glass dining table, 4 leather chairs).

In the living area there is a sitting area with two double leather sofas (become double bed), 28' flat TV, home cinema DVD, satellite receiver with a choice of numerous satellite channels. Air-conditioning / central heating in all areas.

Penthouse Apartment

The Penthouse apartment is one of the very best in Parga. With fantastic sea views to the sea and to Venetian Castle right at the center of town.

It offers a huge bedroom with queen size leather bed, air conditioning and balcony with mountain view.
