Anemones Villas is a complex of five luxurious villas in Lefkada situated a little bit before the village Spanochori, approximately ten minutes drive from the town of Lefkada and offer spectacular view on Ionian Sea. Each villa can accommodate 4-6 persons. The village Spanochori is one of the oldest villages in the Sfakiotes area. It is extremely picturesque village with vivid planting and panoramic view to Lefkada and the Ionian Sea.

Hotel Overview

Anemones Villas is a complex of five luxury villas located in Lefkada, just a little before Spanochori village, about ten minutes ' drive from Lefkada town and offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Each villa is suitable for 4-6 people. One of the oldest villages in the Sfakiotes region is the village of Spanochori. With vibrant planting and a panoramic view of Lefkada and the Ionian Sea, it is an extremely picturesque village.

Every villa is situated at about 2,000 s.m. Their names are from the Greek Mythological Nymphs. Each villa, surrounded by stone walls and plants, is autonomous and separate from the others. Full protection and privacy are provided by each villa. With each villa, there is a yard and garden with several plants and grass, parking for two cars, a big private swimming pool and a children's pool. Both villas are fully fitted and equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, radio-CD player, washing machine and dishwasher, jacuzzi bath, air condition.

Location

Spanochori is a very beautiful traditional settlement in the north of the mountainous spine of the island, only 10 minutes away from the city. It offers an evergreen and quiet environment and combines the beauty and peacefulness of the mountain with easy and quick access to the centre of all activities. The advantage of its location is the panoramic view to the Ionian Sea and the city of Lefkada and the easy access to the splendid beaches in less than 15 minutes. The villas are located nearby the main road, offering easy access and total privacy.

Lefkada is one of the most enchanting and beautiful Greek islands combining a green landscape with clear blue, clean beaches. It is one of the seven islands of the Ionian Sea and is unique because it is connected with the rest of Greece by means of a bridge. It is 390 kilometers from Athens and just 20 minutes from the airport of Aktio.

Each villa is placed in about 2.000 s.m. . Their names are from the Nymphs of Greek Mythology. Each villa is autonomous and independent from the others and is surrounded by stoned walls and plants. Each villa offers complete security and privacy. There is yard and garden with many plants and grass, parking for two cars, large private swimming pool and children's pool for each villa. All villas are fully equiped and provide TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, wash machine and dish-washer, bath-tub jacuzzi, air conditioning.

Deluxe Villa Krinea : Villa Krinea is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-stories property made by stone and the most quality materials. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and 1 storage room.

VIP Villa Nisa : Villa Nisa is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-stories property made by stone and the most quality materials. The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a veranda on the first floor and 1 bedroom, 1 W.C., 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace on the ground floor.

VIP Villa Melia : Villa Melia is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-storied stone residence. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a veranda on the first floor and 1 bedroom, 1 W.C., 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace on the ground floor.

VIP Villa Kallisto : Villa Kallisto is a luxurious, autonomous and independent residence. The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons (up to 6 using sofa beds). It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a big veranda.

VIP Villa Filira : Villa Filira is a luxurious, autonomous and independent, two-storied stone residence. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people (up to 6 using sofa beds).
