villas with their own private swimming pool, private garden area with sun
loungers and umbrellas offering a magnificent view overlooking the Ionian sea.

pursue high quality and privacy for their vacation.
Location
Emerald Villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with
spectacular a view of the Ionian Sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of
the mountains of Agios Nikolaos.
Agios Nikolaos is only 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos
where you can also find the main port of the island.
Rooms
Emerald Villas consist of eight villas, each of one placed
in an area of 1000sq meters; four of them are 65m2
and the other four are 80m2.
All villas have been tastefully decorated and have 2 bedrooms The 1st Villa
type (65m2) can accommodate 4 persons and the
2nd Villa type (80m2) can accommodate 4-6
persons.
