The Classic Villas were built in 1988, the modern in 1997, and the neoclassic
in 1998. The villas are situated 300 - 1000 m from the sea and built in a
natural, dense pinewood with landscaped gardens of exclusive use. They are
separate, luxurious, two-level maisonettes of 100 and 70 m2 with:
- Two or three rooms
- One or two WCs
- Verandas
- Living-room
- Fully equipped kitchen are fully equipped with refrigerator, toaster,
coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, microwave along with all the necessary
cutlery
- Fire place
- Air conditioning
- Satellite TV
- Stereo
- Vacuum cleaner & hair dryer
- Telephone and unique setting
There are the following types of villas:

- Modern style with pool
- Modern style without pool
- Classic style with pool
- Neoclassic style with pool
The cleaning service is every 2 days during the Low & Middle Seasons and
dayly during the High Seasons. This includes the changing of the bed linen &
towels. Soaps, shampoos and toilet papers are included.
