Messina Resort Hotel, operating since 2006, is a modern hotel complex in Messinia, located in the seaside village of Kalo Nero at a distance of 7 km from the picturesque Kyparissia. The complex is built right on the seafront in traditional architecture, offering a quiet, comfortable and quality accommodation.

Our guests can enjoy the sun and the sea on the beach, which stretches right in front of the Messina Resort Hotel, or if they prefer, to spend their day at the hotel’s pool enjoying their coffee or drink, overlooking the blue Aegean Sea.

KYPARISSIA, MESSINIA

In the center of the western Peloponnese in the Gulf of Kyparissia, and at the Mediterranean’s largest beach, where the mountain range grows among olive groves and the evergreen forest, at an area that is characterized of outstanding natural beauty, protected from the world heritage, surrounded by historic and archaeological sites, we have created the perfect hotel space that you can enjoy.

The hotel is located just 7 kilometers from the picturesque town of Kyparissia with its stone streets and the traditional settlement, and 1 kilometer from the junction of Kalo Nero connecting the axis Athens-Tripoli-Kyparissia and Patra-Pyrgos-Kalamata-Pylos while is almost 50 meters away from the sea.

Sightseeing
You can easily travel and go sightseeing in the surrounding areas discovering their beauty and their attractions. The canyon of Neda is very close and you can visit the ancient Messinia, Pylos and Nestor’s Palace, Polylimnio, the temple of Apollo, the castles of Methoni and Koroni, ancient Olympia, Kaiafas Lake for skiing and rafting, and many picturesque villages in the surrounding area.

Studios :The complex has 38 spacious studios about 35 m each. All studios have a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with bath, large spacious terrace and you can choose between a sea view or garden view upon availability.
The studios can accommodate up to 2 people while having the possibility of adding extra bed or cot upon request with extra charge. The complex has eight (8) adapted rooms to accommodate people with disabilities

Maisonette : The complex has 18 spacious maisonettes approx 41 sq.m. each one. Maisonettes are apartments of two levels with internal staircase.The master bedroom is upstairs and has a comfortable double bed, separate spacious marble bathroom with large bathtub and a terrace with a choice view of the sea or garden. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a convertible sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, kitchenette, oven, refrigerator, comfortable bathroom with large bath, large spacious terrace with sea or garden. They can accommodate 2-4 people with the possibility of extra bed or cot upon request with extra charge.

Suite :The complex has 10 spacious suites of approximately 40 sq.m. each one. All suites have spacious bedrooms and access them served by a separate entrance. In the suites there is a double bed, spacious living room with convertible sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, kitchenette, oven, refrigerator and bathroom with large comfortable bath. The suites have large spacious terraces and you can choose between a sea view or garden view, subject to availability. They can accommodate 2-4 people with the possibility of extra bed or cot upon request with extra charge.
