Food & Beverages

Baby is the prestigious contemporary restaurant which features the Michelin-starred cuisine of Alfonso Iaccarino, directly from “Don Alfonso 1890”, a reference haute-cuisine restaurant in the Sorrento peninsula. Iaccarino is one of the major names on the Italian culinary scene and the world-over undisputed genius of Mediterranean tastes.

An enchanting harmony is created by the restaurant’s modern and contemporary style and the elegant 19th century atmosphere of the hotel, which is situated in the heart of Rome’s exclusive Parioli neighbourhood, in front of the Villa Borghese Gardens. Architecturally designed to complement the surroundings of exotic garden and aquatic serenity, this new restaurant features windows overlooking the park, resulting in a luminous dining space.
