Rooms
Single and Double rooms are created with comfort and elegance in mind. Each room is unique some with high ceilings and romantic little corners and decorated with antique Mallorquin furniture and original works of art.
Single Rooms
Single Rooms are superbly decorated, with antique and traditional Mallorquin furniture and white linen. All rooms are equipped with a television, dvd player, free Wi-Fi access and iHome. Bathrooms are fully equipped and with a bath tub.
Classic & Superior Rooms
Classic Double Rooms offer every comfort with elegant antique Mallorquin furniture and a Queen sized bed. In keeping with the architecture of an old Manor house, each room is different and some feature high ceilings. Superior Double Rooms are larger double rooms with a seating area within the room. Superior Rooms are furnished with antique Mallorquin furniture and Queen sized bed (most of which are four posted beds). Some of these rooms have little romantic corners. Classic and Superior Rooms all feature beautiful views, TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi access and a iHome.
Suites
La Residencia prides itself on creating elegant spaces to relax and unwind. Each of suites is as individual as the works of art that hang in them, from Tower Suite which was though to have been built by Templar knights to Tramuntana suites that look over the breathtaking hills of this beautiful part of the world. Each of suites is individually decorated with original works of art and antique Mallorquin furniture.
Junior Suites
Junior Suites are furnished with antique Mallorquin furniture, and each has its individual characteristics. Some have a private balcony, small private garden and terraces, and all have a four poster bed and a living room equipped with television, dvd player, free Wi-Fi access and iHome. The comfortable bedroom has an adjoining fully equipped bathroom with luxurious bath tub.
Superior Suites
Superior Suites are truly individual and offer a unique experience of La Residencia.
Suite 64
This Superior Suite is situated in the Son Fony building above the main swimming pool. It has a spacious bedroom with a suite bathroom and a separate lounge area with luxurious fittings including plasma screen TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access, iHome and a terrace leading off it with views towards the Tramuntana mountains. This is a beautiful and light room offering nice views towards the village from the bedroom and views towards the village and the mountains from the lounge.
The Tower Suite
Tower Suite is situated in the ancient tower, the oldest part of the hotel building and thought to have been first built by the Templar Knights. Built as a watchtower it has magnificent views in all directions providing a superb panorama of the mountains, village and sea. The luxury suite is on two levels and access is by a stone spiral staircase. On the first floor is a bedroom and luxury bathroom – both with admirable views, and the staircase continues upwards to the top floor where there is a spacious lounge area with luxurious fittings including TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access, iHome and an outdoor private sun terrace. The suite is very popular with honeymoon couples as it is a truly romantic hideaway.
Tramuntana Suites
La Residencia is proud to introduce its eight newest luxury Suites offering panoramic vistas over the valley and towards the Mediterranean; Tramuntana Suites with Terrace and Tramuntana Suites with Terrace and Plunge Pool. Set above the Spa building each suite nestles into the mountainside. All suites have a traditional tiled garden area where guests may relax while soaking up the sun and the breathtaking views with four of them boasting a private plunge pool. The suites also offer a large bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas and the spacious bedroom and lounge area has luxurious furniture and fittings in the unique La Residencia style. Moreover, in our Tramuntana Suites, we offer you the exceptional high quality 450 thread Egyptian Cotton sheets with satin embroidered logo. Manufactured using an exceptionally fine quality thread, these sheets are the best luxury quality available today. The gardens in these suites have been planted with flora endemic to the Tramuntana area. Plants have been carefully selected by staff of the Botanical Gardens in Sóller who will coordinate with gardeners to ensure that the plants grow successfully. Access to the Tramuntana suites is made easy thanks to two new lifts which have been cleverly integrated into the stone terraces with elegant tunnelled passageways linking each one. As the Tramuntana name implies, the suites are individually named after the different peaks in the mountain range. Guests can enjoy a stay in the Teix Suite, Puig Major Suite, Tomir Suite, Massanella Suite, Tossals Suite, L’Ofre Suite, Alfàbia Suite or Galatzó Suite.
Luxury Suites
Suites 54 and 66
Located in the Son Fony building above the main swimming pool, these suites offer a very spacious lounge area with luxurious fittings including plasma screen TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access, iHome, wet bar and open fireplace. The comfortable bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with dressing area, separate wc and shower areas. Leading off from the lounge is a terrace with private swimming pool, outdoor dining area and a covered pergola with seating. Suite 66 is the most private of our suites because of its situation on the top of the Son Fony building.
Suite 67
This suite has access from the Son Fony building above the main swimming pool. It is located laterally, with views over the village of Deià and the Tramuntana mountains. There is a lovely large terrace area with private swimming pool, one bedroom area with four poster bed and a separate lounge and with luxurious fittings including plasma screen TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access and iHome. An ideal suite for privacy and relaxation.
Suite 61
This suite is situated in the Son Fony building and has a spacious lounge area with luxurious fittings including plasma screen TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access, iHome, wet bar and open fireplace. The terrace provides a covered seating area plus a plunge pool with lovely views and towards the village.
The Villa
La Residencia, Majorca, is proud to announce The Villa - a new accommodation option available all year round. Based a few minutes walk from the hotel, The Villa is a deluxe self-catering accommodation overlooking the village of Deià and offering stunning views towards the Mediterranean. Formally a private residence, The Villa is built on three levels and has three double bedrooms. Decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, the property is an ideal base to explore the charming surroundings and only a short walk from an assortment of museums, shops, restaurants and elegant buildings made from local stone.
