for typical local dishes from the region. Some of the highlights include the
rockfish consommé with a light au gratin topping; the various arroz caldosos, or
rice with fish broth dishes, offered throughout the season, including mushroom,
and clam, prawn and vegetables, the loin of pork with orange, and the fresh
cheese spring rolls caramelized with cardamom cream.
