History

Opened in 1906, the Ritz today still retains the personal feel of a French country house whilst offering all the glamour, excitement and graceful living that are synonymous with this legendary, World famous hotel. Returned to private ownership in 1995, The Ritz has been totally and lovingly refurbished to restore even the fabrics to their original Louis XVI style. Location

Situated in St James's, the fashionable heart of London, The Ritz Hotel overlooks historic Piccadilly and Green Park, one of London's prettiest Royal Parks. Every room and suite at The Ritz is exquisite and designed to provide exceptional standards of comfort. All the rooms have been individually decorated in the distinctive Ritz color schemes of blue, peach, pink and yellow and all are luxuriously furnished with rich fabrics, 24 carat gold leaf and beautifully restored antique furniture in keeping with the original Louis XVI style. Superior Single Room:

Although no two rooms or suites are alike at The Ritz, all are furnished in the same sumptuous and elegant style and decorated in the famous Ritz colors of blue, peach, pink and yellow. The Superior Single boasts a full 20 square meters of space to ensure a level of comfort and privacy seldom found in a Single Room.

Superior King Room

A Superior King offers very spacious accommodation with 24 square meters of space and a king-size Bed. The high Ceilings together with their ornate cornicing add to the feeling of space, comfort and style and, like all the Rooms at The Ritz, the 24 carat gold leaf and antique Louis XVI style furnishings serve to enhance the refined and graceful atmosphere of this most elegant Room.

Deluxe King Room:

The Deluxe King cannot help but make its guests feel very special indeed. 36 square meters of Floor space make the Room the favorite of guests who like to relax and enjoy the full splendor of this very spacious Room. In common with most other Rooms at The Ritz, the Antique Furniture and ornate furnishings have recently been lovingly restored to ensure the most luxurious of surroundings.

Junior Suite:

Can there be anything more Luxurious than to stay in a Junior Suite at The Ritz. With original Fireplaces and innovative features such as tented Silk Ceilings in some Suites, the emphasis is on sheer luxury throughout. A very generous 46 square meters of space includes a beautiful seating area that serves to enhance the majestic ambience of graceful living that is the trademark of the Junior Suite.

Suite:

Stepping into a Suite at The Ritz is an experience in itself. The entrance Halls of selected Suites even boast marble flooring and each Suite can best be described as a symphony of grand taste and unrestrained style. The 74 square meters of space, deep carpets and rich, heavy curtains provide the perfect complement to the antique paintings, unique furnishings and quite superb decor that complete the splendor of each Suite
