La Rotonde: A French brasserie-style restaurant in Quebec City, and the very first restaurant to be located on Dufferin Terrace. La Rotonde's executive chef, Jean Soulard offers primarily ''great French classic dishes '' prepared with a Quebecois flair.

La Rotonde is an extraordinary blending of an ultra-qualified culinary team, an original menu and a unique setting overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River.
