Food & Beverages

The Bounty of our Table Brasserie Margaux, our innovative full-service restaurant, features Pacific Northwest cuisine with a French twist. 

Open at 06:30 daily for breakfast, Margaux offers all your American and European breakfast favorites, including pancakes, French toast, Eggs Benedict and Seattle-style standards. Lunch is served Monday through Friday until 14:00 and an extended brunch menu is available on Sunday. Margaux's dining room is open for dinner between 17:00 and 10:00 daily.

The Margaux lounge opens daily at 11:30, with a full-service bar and simplified bar menu, with favorites such as burgers, salads, chowder and appetizers. Happy Hour specials are available between 16:00 and 19:00 with a specials Tapas menu.
