Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort, 25 km west of Heraklion international airport in Crete, lies on a unique location with a breathtaking view, on the exquisite sandy beach of Fodele area (birthplace of the world-wide famous painter Dominikos Theotokopoulos, well known as EL GRECO). Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort is built according to the Renaissance order, the rooms in the from of bungalows, spring up from gardens of incomparable beauty, forming many picturesque neighbourhoods. The 412 spacious, air conditioned rooms have a light contemporary decor, and all are equipped with cable TV and telephones. Guests can relax with a full-body massage and sauna, or lounge on the sunny terraces enjoying cocktails at the poolside bar. This All-Inclusive resort includes various amenities in the room price. One of our key missions is to create an exclusive, private ambience for you, an atmosphere that will make you feel truly at home, from the very first moment.
 

Location

Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort, 25 km west of Heraklion international airport in Crete, lies on a unique location with a breathtaking view, on the exquisite sandy beach of Fodele area (birthplace of the world-wide famous painter Dominikos Theotokopoulos, well known as EL GRECO). At the 25th km on the Heraklion - Rethymno highway is the junction for Fodele. On the right, there are two wonderful beaches. Nearby, there is a river which is called Pandomandris. The river flows by the road and it reaches the village, after a wonderful ride among orange trees. Fodele is a mountainous area at an altitude of 60m above sea level. Both the original area on the western side of the small valley and the newer part at the banks of the small river provide a fascinating insight into Cretan life. This area, combines many elements of Greek nature including the rich vegetation and the orange groves, creating a unique landscape for central Crete.

Types of Rooms
Standard Room: Standard rooms overlooking the sea and the gardens and aspire to offering you comfort during the vacations of your life.
Superior Room: The hotels 42 Sea-Front Superior rooms are decorated with finesse and taste. Indulge yourself in our exclusive room-service facilities; all superior rooms are equipped with extra bath amenities, free use of sauna and with a Mini-Bar, offered to you free of charge with the compliments of Fodele Beach.
Superior Family Room:Family rooms have two bedrooms and one bathroom and offer privacy for the parents. Provide one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds as well as all the facilities a family needs for a relaxing stay.
Family suite: Construction of 2014, very spacious with all the modern facilities that demanding families request, totally area 55-60 sq. m with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Maisonettes: The hotels 5 Maisonettes have the purpose to create an exclusive, private VIP atmosphere that will make you feel truly at home and at ease, from the very first moment.
Suites: Our three VIP Suites and one Presidential Suite are situated right on the sandy sea front. They are all equipped with an inviting verandah, suitable for private romantic dinners, a Mini-Bar, full room service facilities, a Jacuzzi and a private swimming pool. These suites are built with the sole purpose to make even the most demanding guests feel unique.
