On the outskirts of the hospitable village of Oia, Oia Mare Villas are ideally located on the rocks, overlooking south Aegean Sea. The Oia Mare Villas, situated 500 ft above sea-level, offer easy access to good traditional tavernas, bars and shops set in tiny alley ways unspoilt for centuries. Closest beach to the villas is Amoudi.

The Oia Mare Villas is a newly built, A' class development consisting of 7 attached traditional houses and 1 private two storey-villa, a splendid swimming pool, outdoor terrace and reception service.

Oia Mare Villas is an A' Class Hotel situated on the Caldera cliffs of the Island, above Ammoudi, the old port of Oia. All Houses in Oia are traditional cave Houses, decorated in the traditional style. The Hotel is located 17 km from the Airport, 20 km from the Port and 3-5 minutes walking distance from Apotheke, Mini Market, Clinic and Churc. The nearest sandy beach is 3km away whereas only 200 steps from Oia Mare Villas is a rocky beach.

Oia Mare Villas has four types of houses available for its guests:

Studio, can fit 2 persons, double bed (queen size), radio, TV, kitchennette, bathroom-shower, A/C, direct telephone line and private balcony or veranda.

Junior Suite, can fit 2 up to 4 persons, double bed (queen size), and two sofa beds (single ones) sitting-living room, radio, TV, kitchennette, bathroom-shower, A/C, direct telephone line, private balcony or veranda.

Villa, can fit 2 up to 6 persons, two double beds (queen size) and two sofa beds (single ones) or one double and three single sofa beds, sitting-living room, radio, TV. Kitchennete, bathroom-shower, direct telephone line, A/C, and private veranda.

Honeymoon Suite, specially decorated bedroom, sitting-living room, bathroom-shower, TV, radio, A/C, direct telephone line, video and cd player, fantastic private balcony overlooking the Aegean sea.
