Location

Sivota Diamond Spa Resort is built on a top hill in Sivota. Sivota or Mourtos is a seaside paradise located on a small and secluded bay.Reference point of domestic and international jet set, Sivota is the most cosmopolitan place in Thesprotia. Here you can marvel countless island clusters and see the most beautiful beaches.

 

Driving directions

In a 300 metres distance from the Hotel, you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the  Ionian Sea,  at  Bella Vraka beach. Bella Vraka  is one of the most beautiful and sensational beaches in  Sivota . It unites two exquisite islands,  Agio Nikolao  and  Mourtemeno,  while access is undertaken both by land and sea.

Six double rooms, separate but also with connecting doors, sea view with two bathrooms, for accommodation for three up to six persons.

Bungalows:
Twenty-nine double bed bungalows with sea view for accommodation for up to three persons (third person child).
Nine three-bed bungalows with sea view for accommodation for up to three persons.
Eight double bed bungalows with private swimming pool and sea view for accommodation for up to three persons (third person child).

Junior Suites:
Three Junior Suites with sea view for accommodation for up to four persons (fourth person child).
Three Junior Suites with mountain view for accommodation for up to four persons (fourth person child).

Deluxe Villas:
Three double-bed villas with two rooms, view over the picturesque bay of Sivota, with private swimming pools for accommodation or up to five persons.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy:
40% deposit of the total amount is required upon reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:
*No cancellation fees in case of cancellation 16 days prior to the arrival day
*30% of the total amount of stay in case of cancellation 6-15 days prior to arrival
*50% of the total amount of stay will be charged, in case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival, non show or earlier departure
