Hotel Overview

The new JW Marriott Capri Tiberio Palace Resort & Spa, which opened in August of 2005, is the latest 5-star luxury resort of the Marriott chain in Italy.

This building is once again a part of life on the island, after being closed for a grandiose, lengthy restoration.

First built in the early 1900’s, the hotel, in its renewed splendour, once again dominates Capri.

The hotel hearkens back to a classical world, to a universe filled with divinities, nymphs and planets.

Though it is a classical style that is ready to charm everyone, freeing the imagination and giving off an aura of glamour, elegance and prestige while bringing forth the markedly Mediterranean nature of the island. 

No feature or detail has been left to chance: choice silk, linen, carefully selected colours, hand-crafted decorations, Italian marble and ceramics, design and style, make every area of the facility incomparably refined and comfortable.

Along the Via Croce, which joins the renowned Piazzetta to the Villa Jovis (former residence of the Emperor Tiberius), the profile of the splendid, historic structure stands amidst white homes and lemon gardens facing out onto the sea.
