Fairmont Room:
Fairmont rooms are spacious and meticulously detailed

earthy accents. These rooms are located in the Main Building and offer
sprawling views of the gardens, courtyards or Princess Plaza. They offer
High Speed Internet access, well-defined living and work areas, spacious

refreshment center, wet bar and a charming patio with a table and two chairs ---
perfect for capturing a breathtaking Arizona sunset.
Deluxe Room:
Deluxe rooms are luxuriously appointed with warm desert
accents and Southwestern architecture. Located in the Main Building, they
offer premium views of the lagoon or the renowned TPC Stadium golf course
(home to the FBR Open, formerly the Phoenix Open). Equipped with High Speed
Internet access, well-defined living and work areas, spacious bathrooms with
large dressing areas, separate shower and oversized bathtub, refreshment center,
wet bar and a charming patio with a table and two chairs.
Signature Room: Signature rooms offer a unique,
open-concept that combines the bedroom and spacious sitting area. Located
in the Casita area, these luxurious rooms offer views of the TPC Stadium Golf
Course (home of the FBR Open, formerly the Phoenix Open) or the resort's
majestic desert surroundings. Equipped with a gas fireplace, refreshment
center, wet bar and spacious bathroom that includes a unique shell-shaped
walk-in shower, large dressing area and dual sinks. Some rooms may also
accommodate a rollaway or include a sofa bed.
Casita Suite: Tucked way in an intimate setting,
the new Casitas boast a rich, elegant design that exudes vibrant colors of
gold, sage, blue and maroon - reflective of an exquisite Spanish Colonial
estate.
Guests will enjoy the new elevated bed frame, luxurious
sheets, plush duvet cover, large king pillows, new CD player and collection of
CDs, as well as extended work desks with leather pen holders.
Exclusive services include a private Casita Butler to
cater to any additional needs such as booking a spa treatment or making a golf
or restaurant reservation, as well as convenient curbside check-in and a
complimentary car wash.
Casita Suites are composed of a large sitting area with
a gas fireplace, a sofabed with a mohair throw and a round marble table that
seats four. Additional amenities include a separate bedroom with a shell-shaped
walk-in shower, French coffee and tea press, and crystal stemware.
Cholla Suite:
The Cholla Suites are also known as 'Honeymoon Suites'.
They feature a separate bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining area with
round table that seats four, and oversized bathroom.
Center Master Suite:
The spacious Center Master Suite features extravagant
decor. The parlor has a conference/dining area with a round table that seats six
and a built-in visual aid center with white marker-board, tack board, poster
easel and pull-down screen. Available with one or two bedrooms, the Center
Master Suite also has a sofabed and large bar.
Presidential Suite:
The beautiful Presidential Suite is composed of a bedroom
that has a separate dressing area with full-length mirrors, sofa and sofabed.
The bathroom has an oversized jetted tub and separate area with a bidet.
There is also a parlor with conference/dining area featuring round table that
seats six and a large wet bar.
